Spans up to 40 feet (12 m) for versatility.
Coupler brackets provide reinforcement for extra strength and allows a 40-foot (12 m) clear span for convenient installation. Optional elbows 7-1/2° or 22-1/2° allow elevating and conveying horizontally with one machine. Two 7-1/2° elbows fastened together can be used to form a 15° elbow.
- This proven-reliable chain-and-flite conveyor keeps your operation on schedule.
- The 162-A is custom built to fit each installation. The basic unit is a 10-foot (3-m) conveyor consisting of a 5-foot (1.5-m) front section and a 5-foot (1.5-m) rear idler section. Add 2-1/2-,5- or 10-foot (.8-, 1.5- or 3-m) bolt-together sections as needed. Center sections can be field cut. Coupler brackets are available to weld to cut end.
- Low maintenance requirements provide reliable performance and long service life. Bearings are long-life, prelubricated for dependable duty. Replaceable trough pans add service life.
- Cover sections are available to bolt on trough to keep out rain and other contaminants.
Detachable steel chain with steel flites provides high capacity.
Optional spouts and spout extension deliver material where you desire. Optional hopper helps prevent spilling and waste.
Motor mounts top or bottom for installation versatility. The 162-A uses a single V-Belt with roller chain reduction. (Guards removed for viewing.)
